Right ok so basically. The order. My boy is gonna be buzzing honestly, I've been gassing the brand up to him for time so he kind of knows what's coming but he doesn't KNOW know if you get me. Large t and medium hoodie to [****], you've got all that so we're sorted there

And I'm not just saying this cz you're my guy but the quality on this stuff is actually mad. I've had a lot of hoodies in my life and most of them go bobbly after like two washes and the cuffs go all stretched and sad looking but this one is heavy, proper weight to it, stitching is clean, sits right on the shoulders, it's just bang on. And the t shirt yeah ok it's an XL and yeah it's a bit big on me but that's the vibe isn't it, it's meant to be oversized and it hangs nice, doesn't look like I've nicked my dad's top or anything. So when my boy opens his he's gonna think I've spent way more on him than I have lol don't tell him that

Anyway enough about clothes. How's the back?? You were saying it was playing up and then you went quiet on it so I'm assuming either it's sorted or you're lying flat on the floor somewhere staring at the ceiling. Have you actually had someone look at it or are you doing the classic stretch it a bit and hope for the best thing. Genuinely let me know cz we need you fit

Which brings me onto padel. We need to talk about padel. So I've been on a calorie deficit for a bit now, quite a mad one if I'm being honest, and I thought it'd be fine, I'd be lighter on my feet, flying round the court, all that. No. Absolutely not. I've been playing shockingly. Like embarrassingly bad. No energy, legs feel like they're made of wet bread, missing balls I'd normally put away with my eyes shut, the bandeja has completely left the building, I'm getting lobbed every other point and just watching it sail over my head like I've paid for a ticket. Played the other day and I'm pretty sure my partner was being polite by not saying anything

So I'm thinking I might just stick to training while I'm on this deficit, keep the gym ticking over and that, and then come back to padel when I've actually got some fuel in the tank and I'm not a liability to whoever's stuck with me. Unless your back's alright and you fancy a casual knock where nobody's keeping score, then I could maybe be persuaded. But if it's competitive I'm out for now, can't be taking Ls like this it's bad for my mental

Anyway yeah that was the little more I had to say. Which turned into a lot more. Let me know about the back
